Points are purchased via Paystack and are non-refundable. Points are used to access practice tests and premium features. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Any fraudulent activity including chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Under no circumstances shall BarTech Digital Institute be held liable for any student's academic failure, loss of points, or disqualification from official examinations. Users utilize this portal "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for technical failures, internet disruptions, or data loss occurring on the user's end.
Any attempt to hack, manipulate point balances, or bypass the Paystack payment gateway will result in an immediate and permanent ban without refund. We reserve the right to report fraudulent activities to the relevant Nigerian cyber-security authorities under the Cybercrimes Prohibition Act of 2015.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
